Below you will find a sample menu. Meals are planned to include a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, dairy products and fruit and vegetables. Salt is never added to the children’s  food.

Special diets are always catered for. These include vegetarian and religious diets and special medical dietary needs.

Children drink water with their meals, and are encouraged to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
